HVAC Service & Installation Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.

-$20-$35/HR based on experience level.
-401k, Paid Vacation and Holidays, and End of Year Bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification or training in HVAC installation is preferred
