Fitness Assistant/Group Exercise Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated Fitness Center Attendant to join our team at Beaver Hollow. In this role, you will support our guests in their fitness journeys by maintaining the fitness center, providing guidance on equipment usage, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center and equipment.
• Assist guests with proper usage of gym equipment and provide basic instruction.
• Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and adherence to facility policies.
• Educate guests on fitness programs and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
• Support group fitness classes by setting up equipment and assisting instructors as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for educating others.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Previous experience in a health club or gym setting is a plus.
