Apartment Maintenance and Repair Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance and Repair Technician who is ready to make a significant impact within our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for responding to various maintenance and repair requests, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within expected timeframes. A solid background in carpentry and general building maintenance is highly desirable. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal abilities who can deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude. Being on call for emergency maintenance requests during evenings and weekends is a requirement. Your organizational skills will be put to test in our fast-paced environment as you will need to efficiently document and relay information, working closely with Management to maintain company standards throughout our community and in individual units.
