PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Senior Programmer Analyst is part of Rich Products’ internal IT delivery team, focused on replacing manual and outdated processes and systems with newer digital solutions to modernize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales and Marketing capabilities. The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for developing, creating and modifying in-house computer applications software for Rich Products’ CRM, sales and marketing activities. He or she will deliver software application solutions designed to allow Rich's Sales and Marketing associates to execute sales process more efficiently and streamline demand creation efforts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Developing new capability custom software applications for Sales and Marketing teams through a combination of Salesforce CRM Platform, Microsoft Azure Data Environment;
Developing, configuring and modifying applications in day-to-day activities, including core applications and development platforms such as Salesforce, Azure custom applications, and cloud storage solutions;
Conducting application and software system testing and validation procedures;
Improving application performance by creating new feature functionality with sales and marketing applications, such as plug-ins and workflows;
Analyzing system data for capabilities and requirements;
Building integrations with Rich’s existing software solutions and working with other members of the Agile delivery team to design system solutions within fast feedback cycle environment;
Working with business users and systems analysts to determine software and system requirements and determine project planning objectives;
Providing technical support by modifying existing software to correct errors and improve performance; and
Providing regular technical status updates to users and IS management regarding initiatives
Travel 10% domestic US
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science or related field
Experience with application development/configuration, deployment and systems integration.
