Holcim (US) Inc. seeks a Health and Safety Coordinator based out of our office at 75 Pineview Drive, Buffalo, NY 14228. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. Position involves domestic/national travel up to 40% of the time. Health and Safety Coordinator will communicate, improve, and adhere to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Job duties will include: Coach leaders, set priorities, investment plans in health and safety, risk analysis, monitoring meetings, planning major maintenance shutdowns and maintenance in general; Develop, monitor, and enforce Health and Safety principles, policies, and procedures for a cement plant, and assist leadership to drive behavioural changes to reduce incidents.
