Senior Food Scientist - Direct research & development of low-acid aseptic plant-based high viscosity beverage & pouch-based products from concept to commercialization. Use knowledge of chemistry & material science techniques to characterize behavior of viscoelastic food systems. Lead the beverage & pouch-based analytical development & tasting activities using Differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction & Gas Chromatography & Descriptive sensory profiling.
