Pharmacy Technician

Upstate Pharmacy Ltd. is experiencing a growth spurt and has the need for 2 full time Pharmacy Technicians. Benefits include Health, Dental, and Life Insurance and 401k plan with employer contribution. Salary range is from $16-$19 per hour based on experience. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Hours are 10am to 6pm Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends. Technician responsibilities include assisting the Pharmacist with filling prescriptions, packaging medications in unit dose packaging and adherence compliance packaging. Minimum qualifications include, basic math, computer, customer service and language skills. The Pharmacy Technician is regularly required to stand, reach and lift to perform the essential functions of the job. Upstate Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care specialty pharmacy focusing on servicing group homes and cancer patients.
